IFÁLENU

Verse about the coming down to Earth of Ọbàtálá and Odùdúwà and discrepancies: Teaching given by the Fon Spirit, Tata Abel, spiritual emissary of Baba Odùdúwà. You know one of the problems of human beings, is that they expect to see GOD in something Great and Majestic, no... You can see God in the smallest things. They say it was a Time when There was Nothing. ÈŞÙ, who was the Divine Spark thought about something and gave LIFE to God, to Olódùmarè, Olọ́fin Ọ̀run, ỌLỌ́RUN, and to all the Beings in charge of ordering and ruling the Universe ... what rules time, and so on ... In his infinite wisdom, God created 3 things: KNOWLEDGE - ÌMỌ WISDOM - ỌGBỌN INTELLIGENCE - OYE And GOD thought that this could populate the whole universe. Intelligence is a Power. God hurled them from ARA ÒRUN (Heaven) to the Earth to rule. But some time later, those three beings returned, because they could not do it. Olódùmarè said: Who can do it? And there were 2 characters there: Ọbàtálá and Odùdúwà. God send Ọbàtálá to that mission, and ÈŞÙ told Ọbàtálá: You have to do EBO, and Ọbàtálá replies: "NO, I am Ọbàtálá, I do not need to do that" Ọbàtálá does not do the ẸBỌ (Sacrifice). ÈŞÙ prepares a very spicy meal and puts it on the way for Ọbàtálá, and in front of that meal ÈŞÙ sows a palm of wine. There Ọbàtálá descends to the Earth and finds the spicy food and he eats it, and due to the very spicy flavor of the food it gives a lot of thirst to Ọbàtálá. Then Ọbàtálá with his scepter opens the palm, and begins to drink from the palm, and gets drunk and falls asleep. Odùdúwà goes to Olódùmarè and says: Look my father, Ọbàtálá could not do it, but I can do it. Odùdúwà takes the "ÀPÒ AYÉ" (Magic bag) and goes with his friend Ọ̀rúnmìlà to consult with Ifá Oracle to see what he has to do. Ọ̀rúnmìlà told him what he had to do, and the Ẹbọ to do. Odùdúwà does the Ẹbọ, and descends to the Earth through the use of the chain that the ÒRÌŞÀ had made for him. And when going down, he realizes that everything was covered with sea water. This is why OLÓKUN is a very dangerous deity because it ruled the sea. Odùdúwà puts his hand in the "ÀPÒ AYÉ" and takes out a powder and pours it over the water, this creates soil, then puts his hand in his bag and pulls a 5-fingered hen and pulls it, and drop the hen and starts kicking and spreading the dust and thus creates the first continent. Odùdúwà goes down and begins to accommodate things. Odùdúwà talks with Olókun and they make a pact, so that he respects the land and his children, and Odùdúwà said: I am going to do Ẹbọ for my children, so that you respect them and do not invade their territories (land) and let my children live on the earth. Olókun said he was fine with that. Ọbàtálá returned with Olódùmarè and confessed that he had failed in his mission. Olódùmarè says to him: Do you want to redeem yourself? Ọbàtálá says yes. Olódùmarè says: You are going to take care of creating the Human Beings. Ọbàtálá created the first human using stone, but when they moved they broke. He started using wood, but it caught fire, so he used other things that did not work. Ọbàtálá decides to create them of a flexible material, and creates them of mud (clay) and he breathes the breath of life into them, and they begin to descend. That is why the meaning of his name of Ọ̀rúnmìlà; that comes from "O RỌ ẸMÍ Ẹ̀LÀ", that really is OROMILA, but with the use of the Yoruba accentuations became Ọ̀rúnmìlà. The "O" comes from what I said to you, that when they were falling from Heaven / ARA Ọ̀RUN they said "O ..." when they were falling down. "RỌ" means to descend. Ẹ̀MÍ is the Divine Breath, Breath of Life or SOUL. Ẹ̀LÀ is the Universe or Creation. The name of Ọ̀rúnmìlà is: The one that descends with the Breath of Creation of the Universe. Then Ọ̀rúnmìlà and Odùdúwà go to Earth and found ILÉ IFẸ̀. Do you know what ILÉ IFẸ̀ is? Ifalenu answers: That is the city they say was the first city. Tata Abel: But what does Ilé Ifé means? It comes from ILÉ IFÁ or house of Ifá, it is the house of the expansion of the Knowledge. Here is where all the Yoruba discrepancies starts ... Why? Historically there is no reliable report of how old the Yoruba Religion is as such. In an investigation that was doing my MEDIUM / Ẹlẹ̀gún, the 4 Families that inherit the Royal Lineage date back more than 10,000 years before Christ. Many say that ILÉ IFẸ̀ is dated 200 years after Christ, others say that is 800 years before Christ, etc. But that is a lie ... They have found ancient pieces of Yoruba history of more than 8000 years before Christ. From ILÉ IFẸ̀, IYESA is founded along with ỌYỌ. Awo Ifalenu: Why do they say that, since ỌYỌ was first founded by Odùdúwà? Tata Abel: There's a Secret Key there. In an historical aspect they say that ILÉ IFẸ̀ was the first city that was founded. From ILÉ IFẸ̀ arise the children of Odùdúwà, and I say this with all due respect, and I say it in quotes, why? Because no one really knows where Odùdúwà remains are, nor where there are vestiges to say that they are children of Odùdúwà or not, or if they are of the Lineage of Odùdúwà. Etc, There is no such thing. Awo Ifalenu ask: And what about the ONI (King) of ILÉ IFẸ̀? Tata Abel; What happens is that the Oni of ILÉ IFẸ̀ says that is a direct blood descended from Odùdúwà, but really there is NO veridical demonstration of that. It should be remembered that those who inherit the throne are from 4 families who take turns among themselves to select the Oni of ILÉ IFẸ̀. Actually Odùdúwà did not make 4 families. Ọ̀RÀNGUN: They say that Ọ̀RÀNGUN went to the west of Africa, they say that he is the first son of Odùdúwà, and when he returns, there was one of his brothers already governing in ILÉ IFẸ̀. Then when Ọ̀RÀNGUN says: How I am going to be in conflict with my brother, so I will go away. It is said that Ọ̀RÀNGUN goes further west and found ỌYỌ, and founded Iyesa, which historically says that it was the second city founded after ILÉ IFẸ̀. They have found that ỌYỌ is very ancient. There are still no verses of Ifá that can verify any dates, because the verses do not tell the dates or time period. There are Ifá verses that speak of that, but they do not give any dates, and that is where the controversy is. They say that the second city to be founded was Iyesa, and that supposedly was founded 200 years after ILÉ IFẸ̀, and if he were a son of Odùdúwà, it would be like Methuselah who lived many years. There are other verses that say that he was not a son, but brother of Odùdúwà, that’s even more wild, because he would have to lived longer than Odùdúwà. Not even the Yoruba have a dating of what happened and when it happened in ancient times. There are Kings who they do not even know in what years they were kings, historically so they put it that way, that it is not known from what year to which year they were kings.
