You should RESPECT the DEAD ONES (the Spirits or ÉGÚN); we usually don’t bother to give Offerings to the Death Ones. Sometimes you may offend them without wanting to do so, and may be one spirit feels offended that can disturb our daily life, even some people may suffer from the angry actions of spirits that could make them suffer premature death, accidents or make them crazy. When a place or home is disturbed by the Death Ones, you have to go and take that Spirit out of there, and give offerings, libations to the spirits, in order to pacify them.
